Please Note: If your condo or home is in a development or under juristic management, then the works have to be discussed and approved with the juristic management, before going ahead. In most circumstances in condominiums it is not allowed to replace windows and the communal doors. However our teams know how the process works. They can discuss with juristic any of the changes and make sure all renovation works conform to the regulations within the building.
